Booth Size– Standard booth size is 10′ x 10′. Available length space may be reserved in 10-foot increments (ex: 10′ x 20′ or 20′ x 30′, etc.), but the depth of a booth may not exceed 20-feet.
Power– Access to power must be reserved and paid for in advance through the power provider. Outlets/extension cords are planned in advance making day-off access not available.
Set Up– Vendors with large vehicles or trailered displays will be required to set up the Friday morning before the event. These vendors will receive appointed set up times. Vendors who do not receive designated set up times may set up Friday, 3pm-6pm. Day of show set up must be completed by 8:30am.
No Vehicles inside Expo Center – For safety reasons, vehicles are not permitted inside the expo center to deliver display items. Vendors will need to offload outside the center. A limited number of hand trucks will be made available for use, but it is recommended to bring your own hand truck or cart.
Displays – The event does not have pipe and drape. You must provide your own tables and chairs. Branded canopies/tents are optional but must fit inside designated space.
